Senior Team

Training:

Training consists of 15 minutes of drills and 45 minutes of games. This is due to most techniques of hockey already having been taught at lower stages - players in the Junior team have been playing for 4-7 years.

Equipment:
When starting training you must have the following for safety reasons:

  • helmet
  • elbow guards
  • knee and shin guards
  • padded gloves
  • hockey stick
  • roller skates

Remember, hockey is a dangerous sport and further safety equipment will need to be purchased as you progress.
